Definition of Ultrafiltration Water Treatment System
In the process of ultrafiltration water treatment system, aqueous
solution flows through the membrane surface under pressure, and the
solvent (water) and small molecule solute permeable membrane
smaller than the membrane hole become purification liquid
(filtration liquid). Solute and solute group larger than the
membrane hole are retained and discharged with water flow to become
concentrated liquid. The ultrafiltration process is dynamic
filtration and the separation is done in flow state. The solute
deposits only on the surface of the membrane, and the
ultrafiltration rate attenuates to a certain extent and tends to
equilibrium, which can be recovered by cleaning.
About ultrafiltration membrane:
Commonly used membranes are usually made of acetic acid fibers or
nitric acid fibers or a mixture of both. In order to meet the needs
of sterilization in pharmaceutical and food industry, non-fibrous
anisotropic membranes such as polysulfone, polysulfone amide and
polyacrylonitrile have been developed recently. The membrane is
stable at pH 1 ~ 14 and can work normally at 90℃. The basic
performance indexes of ultrafiltration membrane are as follows:
water flux [CM3 /(cm2? H)]; Rejection rate (expressed as percentage
%); Chemical and physical stability (including mechanical
strength).

Characteristics of Ultrafiltration Water Treatment System
1.Ultra-filtration membrane elements are the world's highest
quality organic membrane elements, it can achieve retention
performance and membrane throughput.
2.The system has a high recovery rate with excellent product
performance, which can achieve efficient separation, purification
and high-fold concentration.
3.The treatment process has no phase change, no adverse effect on
the constituents of the material, and the separation, purification
and concentration process is always at room temperature, especially
suitable for the treatment of heat-sensitive substances, completely
avoiding the disadvantage of high temperature on the destruction of
bio-active substances, effectively retaining the bio-active
substances and nutrients in the original material system.
4.The system has low energy consumption, short production lead
time, and low operating cost compared with traditional equipment,
which can effectively reduce production cost and improve
efficiency.
5.The system has advanced design, high degree of integration, small
size with compact structure, easy operation and maintenance, low
labor intensity,
6.The control system can be customized according to user's
requirements, combined with advanced control software, on-site
monitoring of key process operating features, to avoid manual
mishandling, multi-faceted to ensure long-term stable operation of
the system.
Direction of electrical control system:
1 PLC(programmable logic controller): according to the need to
design the program.
Air switch: protect electrical system
3 automatic controller, RO film can automatically wash.
