Outline

For single sided wall structure like metro station, retaining wall and house basement, Formwork could only be erected at one side, Through tie rod is impossible to be placed through the wall. All fresh concrete pressure will be taken by triangle supporting frame and then directly transferred to foundation via high strength snake like tie road. Formwork and supporting frame is assembled combination as one unit, and can be move quickly to new position with the assistance of trolly.

• Permitted max.concrete pressure is 50KN/m² .

• Max. permissible load of snake tie rod 25.0 is 250KN

• Max.casting height can reach to 8.0m with combination of differenc support frames

• Working platform width is 750mm and permitted live load is 1.5KN/m²

• Trolley to tranport the whole unit on the jobsite
