Specification:
The basic control system manages the production order based on the fixed formula ratio, thus the production line extracts the coarse materials from the storage silos, after automatic evaluation, the material enters the premix tank. And high-efficiency agravic mixer continuously, to mix for a short time (3-5min) .The well-mixed material is released to the waist, making a second mix. Then up to the newly designed automatic filling and packing. The packing machine is efficient based on the finished time and volume. It adds the capacity of sharp, well filled finished mortar to be moved to the finished mortar area, ready to be sold.
Features:
We have three types of lines : simple type, semi-automatic and
economical type, and full-automatic and high efficiency type.
The dry mortar production line consists of:
1. Drying and screening equipment for raw material: drum-type
drier, screening machine.
2. Lifting equipments for raw material: bucket elevator, pneumatic
conveyor, big bag discharging system and passenger&goods lift.
3. Storage system for raw material: main material silo and
additives silo. They are designed according to the material`s bulk
density, PH value, stickiness, grain size and repose angel etc. The
silos are equiped with air cannon, level indicator and pressure
relief valve.
4. De-dusting and recycling system: dust collector on top of silo,
central dust collector and portable recycle machine.
5.Feeding system: Gravity feeding section-pneumatic conveying and
assistant valves; mechanical assistant feeding section- screw and
vibration feed.
6. Weighing and batching system: main material weighing system,
pre-weighing system for additives, and light material weighing
system, mixer, and finished product silo.

8. Packing system: small bag packing machine, big bag packing
machine and bulk packing system.
9. Air supply system and piping: air compressor, drying and
filtering equipment, piping.
10. Accessories of raw material silo: level indicator, pressure
relief valve and air cannon
11. Central control room: standby power supply, industrial control
PC, printer, PLC system and weighing controller.
12. Steel construction: steel tower, finished warehouse, lighting
system, fire fighting system.
