Application
It is mainly used to test the durability and stability of
interlocking devices on vertical refrigerator doors. The system
also assists in other repeated door opening and closing tests, such
as defrost performance testing and refrigerant leakage testing.
Suitable for refrigeration appliances with either two vertical
doors on the same side or a single door design.
Test Principle
The test process is controlled through a customized program. Servo
motors drive manipulators equipped with vacuum suction cups to
repeatedly open and close refrigerator doors at a set speed. The
system verifies the long-term stability, endurance, and safety of
the interlocking device.
