Altitude & Pressure Test Chamber for Battery Testing IEC 61960 150L
Product information:
The altitude and pressure test chamber is widely utilized in various research and application fields, including biochemistry, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, healthcare, agricultural research, new energy, and electronics. It is designed for rapid and efficient drying of powders, baking, and drying heat-sensitive, easily decomposable, or oxidizable substances, as well as materials with complex compositions. The chamber complies with industry standards such as UN 38.3, UL 1642, and IEC 61960.
Structure:
1. The chamber is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with an electrostatic powder coating on the surface, providing a hard and durable coating with excellent rust resistance.
2. The working chamber is made of high-quality brushed stainless steel plate with a thickness of 5mm.
3. Reinforcement treatment is applied between the chamber and the working chamber.
4. The chamber door is constructed with a double-layer tempered glass structure, allowing a clear view of the items inside.
A rubber sealing ring is installed between the working chamber and the glass door to ensure a high level of vacuum inside the chamber.
