This advanced Temperature Rise Test System (Model: SN2219-BS) is engineered to rigorously evaluate electrical components under thermal stress, fully compliant with IEC 60884-1:2022 (Clause 19, Figure 20) and BS1363-1/2 standards (Figures 17a, 17b, 30). The system ensures precise temperature monitoring and load simulation for safety certification.

2. Thermal Clamping Assembly: Designed per BS1363-1 Figure 17b.

3. BS temperature rise plug: Conforms to BS1363-2 Figure 30.

4.Dual-Channel DC Power Supply: Delivers test currents as specified in Table 2.

5.8-Channel Temperature Logger:

6.Dual-Channel AC Load: Adjustable 0–45A (30A+15A) via resistive control.

7.Automation: Above items 4~6 are integrated in one control cabinet, PLC-controlled with touchscreen interface for seamless operation.
