Outer chamber

Sprayed galvanized color steel plate

Inner chamber

SUS#304 stainless steel plate, corrosion-resistant. All seams are continuously TIG welded to ensure no leakage after long-term testing. Key parts are reinforced to ensure no deformation during long-term use.

Insulation layer

Switching valves

A. It is divided into high temperature tank, low temperature tank and test tank. The high and low temperature tank is used for energy storage, and the test tank is the user's experimental area.

B. The high and low temperature tank is separated from the test tank by a switchable valve. The corresponding valve will be automatically opened upon impact.
C. There is also an independent ventilation valve, which is activated to introduce ambient air during exhaust (normal temperature recovery).

Test port

There are three test round holes with a diameter of 50mm on the left side of the equipment. The round holes have covers and soft plugs according to user requirements.

Observation window

The door of the box is equipped with a large heating and sweat-proof 3-layer vacuum glass observation window. There is a light in the observation window for observing the conditions inside the test box.
