Overview:
This horizontal and vertical burning test device is used to test the flammability of plastic materials for parts of equipment and appliances. accord with IEC60695-11-3,IEC60695-11-4,IEC60695-11-10,IEC60695-11-20 And the requirements of the UL94 standard.
The chamber has a volume of at least 0.5 m3. The combustion chamber has a large sight flow glass on the door to observe the ongoing test, and the chamber is ventilated freely, allowing normal thermal circulation of air through the test sample during combustion. The internal surface area of the box should be painted dark. When measuring with the photometer, place the box facing the rear of the box in the sample position. The luminance should be less than 20lx. For safety and convenience, the enclosure (which can be fully enclosed) is fitted with an air extraction device, such as an exhaust fan, to remove potentially toxic combustion products. The suction device can be closed during the test and opened immediately after the test to remove the fire waste water. A positive closing damper can be configured.
