Product Overview:


The beveling impact testing machine simulates the ability of product packaging to resist impact damage in the actual environment, such as handling, stacking of shelves, sliding of motors, loading and unloading of locomotives, transportation of products and so on. The machine can also be used as a common test equipment for beveling impact in scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, packaging technology testing centers, packaging material manufacturers, foreign trade, transportation and other departments.

The machine conforms to the international standard ISO2244-2001 (E) "Packaging - Complete and full transport packaging Part V, horizontal impact test, inclined plane impact test, hanging pendulum test" and the national standard GB/ T4857.11-1992 "Packaging transport packaging horizontal impact test method". ASTMD4169, ASTMD880 and other related technical indicators.

The test principle of inclined plane impact, using the principle of transforming the potential energy of the object into kinetic energy, the package is coaxed to the end according to the predetermined position to obtain a certain impact velocity and an impact plate perpendicular to the velocity direction collision, in order to achieve the predetermined test purpose.

The bevel impact testing machine can simulate the horizontal impact and collision environment of packaging parts and packaging containers in the process of transportation. Performance of Products:


Applying the principle that the potential energy of the object is transformed into the monopolistic kinetic energy, a certain impact velocity can be obtained when the package is freely sliding at the bottom according to the fixed position

The test is achieved by colliding with an impact plate perpendicular to the direction of acceleration.

Final speed measurement: two fixed point sensors are installed at the end of the installation machine to measure the pulley speed.
