Equipment Features For Single Insulated Wire Vertical Flammability Testing Equipment:
① Fume hood: 1.5mm thick steel plate is formed by CNC laser
cutting, the corners are inverted 45°, integral structure, good
rigidity and sealing effect. The inner and outer boxes are made by
electrostatic spraying, and the inner surface is sprayed with matte
black paint. The effective volume of the inner box is 1m³, with a
positionable and movable load-bearing supporting Fuma wheel. The
left side is the operation control cabinet, and the right side is
fully open. It is very convenient to replace and clean the
receiving tray after opening. The door does not need to be opened
during the test process, and the operation is performed through the
reserved operation hole. The fume hood has a built-in strong
exhaust fan, which is automatically closed during the test and
automatically exhausted after the test. The operating height
position is designed to be operated by a person sitting on a chair.
② Metal cover: 1.5mm thick stainless steel plate is formed by CNC
laser cutting, and the front is open to ensure that the dimensional
accuracy meets the standard requirements of 300×450×1200mm (better
than the standard tolerance of ±25mm). The sample installation
upper/lower bracket installed horizontally in the metal cover (the
sample can be installed in the middle of the metal cover, that is,
150mm from both sides and 225mm from the back), and the scale ruler
installed vertically. The right side of the metal cover is equipped
with a temperature-measuring thermocouple and a
temperature-measuring copper head, and the position switching
between the temperature-measuring state and the
non-temperature-measuring state can be realized through the swing
structure. The bottom of the box is equipped with a pre-mixed
blowtorch made according to the standard, with a movable guide rail
mechanism, which can meet the requirements of the standard and then
push it into the burning position after the flame is stable. There
is a built-in receiving tray under the blowtorch mechanism, which
can be pulled out for cleaning.
③ Control: Mitsubishi PLC intelligent control is adopted, the
process can be controlled, and the test time parameters can be
recorded and maintained.
④ Software and operation: Our company independently programs, and
the process is completely in accordance with the requirements of
customers and standards. View and operate through the 7-inch color
touch screen interface. The software interface is divided into
automatic, manual, alarm and parameter setting interfaces, which
are simple and clear.
⑤ Gas circuit: Dual gas pipeline system is adopted, one for gas and
one for air. Each channel is equipped with pressure regulator, flow
meter, pressure gauge, U-shaped differential pressure gauge and
solenoid valve, which can be accurately adjusted to the parameters
required by the standard (mixing Gas: 0.1MPa, 650±10mL/min propane;
0.1MPa, 10±0.3L/min air,)
⑥ Test parameter record: The fire supply time can be preset and
displayed, the process time of filter paper ignition and combustion
stop is operated by manual key operation, touch screen records,
temperature measurement system temperature and temperature rise
time are collected by the system, and automatically recorded and
displayed.
⑦ Use safety protection: Integral fume hood, exhaust fan with
baffle, door sealing structure with rubber edge, double-layer
rubber pad operation hole multi-layer structure can ensure that the
smoke does not leak, and a smoke detector is installed on the back
of the box body. Sound and light alarm if there is leakage. After
the test is completed, the exhaust fan is automatically turned on,
and the strong exhaust is turned on. The activated carbon bag is
built in the outlet, which can greatly absorb toxic gases. The
equipment is grounded and has leakage protection function.
