EN 60898-1 Circuit Breaker Energy Pendulum Impact Test Equipment
Product overview
This equipment is also called Impact resistance test equipment. It adopts a floor-standing structure and does not require
installation. Specimen mounting bracket up, down, left and right.
The front and rear three axes are adjustable, and the swing lever
can adjust the release angle through the pivot, so as to achieve
impact on the front and side of the sample, covering impact test
requirements for most similar products.
Equipment principle:
Designed according to the requirements of EN 60898-1, refer to test Eha: pendulum, impact element
It is freely released at a certain drop height (angle conversion)
through a 1 meter swing tube, and hits at the lowest point in the
vertical direction
The sample undergoes the transformation from gravitational
potential energy to kinetic energy to achieve the purpose of impact
test on the sample.
Test process:
According to the standard requirements, select the fixture to
install the sample, and the impact element just fits the impact
point in the vertical free state.
According to the standard impact energy requirement of 0.2J, rotate
the swing arm until the scale pointer indicates the drop height of
the angle plate 100mm (angle conversion), and lock the release
device. Note that for energy testing required by other standards,
you can select the drop height on the angle plate as shown in the
table below. The device is only equipped with an impact of 0.2kg
equivalent mass.
Pull out the spring release device, the impact element is released
freely through the 1m pendulum tube, and hits the specimen at the
lowest point in the vertical direction.
Adjust the three-axis mechanism to make the sample repeat the
impact test on different impact positions according to the above
method according to the requirements of the standard.
