The equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with the
requirements of 5.14.1 and 5.14.2 of the standard GB/T15279-2002.
It is used to verify the life of the hook spring and the life of
the button. It is a comprehensive durability testing machine.
The equipment adopts PLC control, 7-inch touch screen operation,
and cylinder drive. You can set the number of tests, adjust the
test stroke, preset the test rate, the test will proceed
automatically, and it will automatically stop when the preset
number is reached.

3. test principle
Hook spring life test:
Use the air cylinder to carry out the reciprocating pressing test
of the fork spring. The pressing stroke is pre-adjusted so that the
fork spring is kept on when pressed, and the fork spring is
automatically stopped when the number of pressing times is reached.
Button life test:
Use two cylinders to perform a reciprocating pressing test on two
optional buttons of the fixed phone. The pressing stroke and
position are pre-adjusted so that the button keeps sending out the
signal when the button is pressed, and it stops automatically when
the number of pressings is reached.
