YDT757 Galvanized Coating Adhesion Hammer Drop Test Device

Product Overview:

This test device conforms to the YDT757 drop hammer test method, and is suitable for hot-dip galvanized coating adhesion test. It uses a hammer to drop freely to hit the sample to test whether the galvanized coating meets the standard. This product is suitable for product quality inspection and control of similar iron tower manufacturers and quality inspection departments.

Test Principle:

Drop freely impact samples of the hammer head to test galvanized Layer meets standards or not.

Usage Instructions:
Adjust the device according to the countertop level to make it level, Adjust the sample so that the striking point is not less than 10mm away from the edge, corner, and end of the sample, the hammer head faces the center of the platform, the hammer handle is perpendicular to the base plane, and then falls freely, striking 5 points in parallel at 4mm intervals.
