IEC60335-2-7 Touch Pulsator Washing Machine Lid Interlock Durability Test Machine

System overview:

The washing machine is specially degined for touch version pulsator washing machine, which complies with IEC 60335-2-11:2008 clause 20.101, IEC 60335-2-7:2016 clause 18 and 22.104, IEC 60335-2-4:2006 clause 18. It is used to test the durability of the interlocking device of pulsator washing machine lid, and the force test when the interlock is actuated, so as to verify the reliability of the interlocking device; also used to assist other tests for repeated opening and closing operations of the pulsator washing machine lid.

This test equipment is equipped with a capacitive touch pen, which can touch the pulsator washing machine's touch screen smoothly and sensitively.

Test Principle:

The on/off actions of the interlocking device are controlled through developed program, the manipulators are driven by servo motor to reciprocating open and close the lid at a certain speed with vacuum suction cup sucking on the door or fixture clamping the lid, thus, to verify the reliability of the interlocking device. A force sensor is mounted on the manipulators to form a closed loop control with the servo motors, to accurately control the lid opening/closing force values.

Technical Characteristics:

Except for testing washing machine's lid, the test system can also be expanded to test the washing machine's detergent box and locker, with special auxiliary action mechanisms. Shown as following, Simulating to pull out the locker with the special auxiliary action mechanism:

The force curve of the lid opening can be drawed and displayed in real-time, If operator wants to view the past curve, click the historical curve button to enter the historical curve screen to view it. If operator doesn't want to save the curve, operator can click the clear curve button to clear the curve on the real-time curve screen.
