IEC 60335-2-21 1.5MPa Storage Water Heaters Liner Pulse Pressure Testing Machine

System Introduction:

This water heater liner pulse pressure testing machine is designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60335-2-21 :2012 clause 22.47 and GB/T20289: 2006 clause 7.10, it simulates the working conditions of water heaters.

Product Features:

1. Adopts PLC central control (computer control is optional), the pulse and pressure withstand testing can be switchable.

2. Equipped with protective safety measures, the system will stop working if the door is opened manually under normal operation, and the illumination lights up simultaneously, which is convenient for the operator to check the test condition. When the liner leakage is monitored, it will stop immediately. Also equipped with the pump protection device (if the air source and the pressure are too low, the dry-burning water pump should be stopped automatically.) to ensure the safety. The system uses a hydraulic pressure pump, which is safer and more reliable than the traditional air pressure test, and there is no danger of continuous explosion.

Pulse Testing Function:

1. Peel off the outer casing and other electrical components of the water heater to be tested, the water heater container assembly with the heating tube installed is performed leak detection at rated pressure, the container must be sealed at a rated pressure of 100±5%.

2. Support the container assembly by a conventional method or the like, connect the container to be tested to the pulse pressure tester, and adjust the test parameters of the pressure tester.

3.Pulsating pressure: inject water in the container at ambient temperature (except the silicon copper container), and empty the air in the container, then alternate pressurizing the container with the pressure between 15% and (100±5)% of the rated pressure.

4. Frequency: 25 to 60 times per minute (adjustable) depending on the size of the inner tank;

5. Number of cycles: 0 to 500,000 times (adjustable);

6. Power supply: 380V AC 50Hz;

7. Test water temperature: room temperature;

8. Station pneumatic valve air supply: 6Kg/cm2;

9. Pressure retention time: 0.5S ~ 99999h (adjustable);；

10.Maximum number of experiments: 999999 times (adjustable);

11. After the end of 10,000 pressurization, the pressure is maintained at least at the maximum working pressure for 10 min. The container should without visible significant deformation. The next test is automatically performed after 10 min pressure retention, no personnel operation is needed;

12. All data and curves can be stored, imported to computer for query, printing through the external USB connected to the touch screen;

13. The water-related parts are made of 304 stainless steel, and the pipeline interface is anti-corrosion, anti-rust, pressure-resistant and temperature-resistant.

Pressure Withstand Testing Function:

1. The maximum pressure can reach 1.5Mpa;

2. Constant pressure device accuracy: ±0.05MP;

3. The fixture is fully enclosed, there is a transparent organic explosion-proof glass observation door in the single-opening door;

4. The test water pressure can be adjusted manually and automatically, and the pressure backflow pipeline is adopted;

5. Press withstand test: The pressure is increased to the specified value at a rate of 0.13 MPa/s and maintained for 15 minutes.

6. Station: 2 stations (can be customized), can test two liners below 200L at the same time.
