SCB10 epoxy resin dry-type transformer transformers is made of
glass fiber enhanced thin insulation resin which is casting in
vacuum to form a solid whole transformer after curing. It is a
dry-type transformer that has the following characteristics: High
mechanical strength, small local discharge, flame retardant,
explosion-proof, moisture-proof, environmental protection,
anti-temperature change, no cracking, safe and reliable operation,
small size, light weight, convenient installation, maintenance
free. It is specially applicable for the power plant, high
building, commercial center theater, hospital, lab, museum, oil
drill platform, ship, port, station, airport, oil chemical plant,
underground railway, tunnel, mine well and other important places.
Structural Features
- The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, the surface is specially treated with protective resin, and full-inclined seam lamination structure is adopted.
- The low-voltage coil is of foil winding structuremade of high-quality steel foil. The high-voltage coil is of layer structure formed by vacuum epoxy casting technique. Lowpartial discharge in similar product catalog;
- This model features high mechanical strength, strong short-circuit resistance, good dust-proof and anti-fouling performance. Its service life is longer than other dry transformer.
