W20-12 / 630-25KA outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker

ZW20-12 series of Outdoor High voltage Current Communication boundary of vacuum circuit breaker was set at rated voltage of 12kV, 3-phase AC of 50Hz outdoor high voltage switchgear. It was mainly used at load current, overload current and short circuit current of cut-off, shut-off power system. It was also used at distribution network protect and control of substation, factories and towns & countries, especially applicable for frequent operate places and town automatic distribution network. It was made up of mature cabinet type hermetic structure, inner full of SF6, good sealing performance, not affected by outside and it was a product of maintenance-free. Its spring control mechanism used straight chain main transmission and trip coil system, high reliability, good circuit breaker.

Structural features

Town, country reform ideal equipment: It can be set with control mechanism to remote control, remote measure and adjustment.
Flexible operation, convenient: This product has performance of electric energy storage, electric close-open and hand energy storage, hand close-open, it also can be operated close or far remote.

Superior performance of open-shut: 30 times of open-shut short current at 20kA.
Small capacity of operation and high reliability: New designed small electric spring structure, parts numbers and operate capacity(about 30W) can be reduced to *** level.
Maintenance-free performance: Main breaker circuit and bivariate device, operate structure were all sealed in air of SF6(zero pressure) and not affected by outside.
Reliable sealability: It was used of mature seal structure technology and reliable capacity.
Special in-out line method: It was used silicon rubber pipe and make terminals distance sufficient, good insulator outside.
Safety in use: There was explosion proof equipment set on the top of box, even if breakdown inner, high temperature air or splash will not out.
