Features

Cyanide removal agent LSJ01/02 is an organic polymer cationic flocculant,which can be used for the coking wastewater of organic compounds that are difficult to degrade.

The product can react and polymerize with various pollutants in the sewage to form a large flocculant setting or floating,and remove the pollutants in the wastewater such as oil,chroma,COD,suspended matter,phosphorus,heavy metal,etc.,to chieve the goal of wastewater purification.

Applications

This product is often used for the deep treatment of coking wastewater,easily dissolved in water,and has no corrosive effect on pipeline equipment,and has a high removal rate of chroma,SS,COD and BOD of coking wastewater.

At present,coking wastewater is treated by biological method after discharge,such technology is one of the common processes in the coking industry at present,but because of the complex composition of coking wastewater,poor biodegradability,external drainage is dark brown,it needs to decolorize,the common decolorizing agent in the industry is activated carbon,but because of the slow absorption of activated carbon,large consumption,the regeneration of activated carbon after use is difficult.

No particularly respected,coking wastewater cyanogen is a relatively simple and practical water treatment agent.

Usage and precautions

1.Dilute the product with 10 to 40 parts of water, then add it directly to the wastewater. After stirring for a few minutes, clear water can be obtained through precipitation or air flotation.

2.The ideal pH range for the wastewater to be treated is between 7 and 10,and 8 is the best effect.

3.Add amount:20-500PPM(depending on sewage quality)

Package and storage

1) The product is packed 200kg net in plastic drum or 1000kg net in IBC.

2) This product is common chemical and should be stored at room temperature. Do not expose it to direct sunlight. It is recommended to store at a temperature of 5-30 ℃.
