Product Features
This product combines a high-temperature heat pump with a desiccant
rotor dehumidifier, enabling continuous maintenance of ultra-low
relative humidity under normal temperature conditions.
Adsorption Zone Operation
Moist, hot air from inside the drying chamber first passes through
the evaporator of the dehumidification compressor, which lowers the
air temperature while increasing the moisture content per unit
volume. The air then enters the adsorption zone of the desiccant
rotor, where dehumidification occurs, significantly reducing the
air's relative humidity.
After dehumidification, the air flows through the condenser of the
heating compressor, which raises its temperature while further
reducing relative humidity. This conditioned air is then sent back
into the drying chamber to process the materials inside.
Regeneration Zone Operation
External air is rapidly heated by the condenser of the
dehumidification compressor. As this high-temperature air passes
through the regeneration zone of the desiccant rotor, water
molecules are quickly released from the rotor under the influence
of the high-temperature environment.
The moisture-laden air then passes through the evaporator of the
heating compressor, where waste heat is recovered, before being
discharged to the outside. This process achieves the goal of rapid
dehydration and regeneration of the desiccant rotor.
Dried Material Applications
Widely used in agricultural and sideline products, Chinese herbal
medicines, aquatic products, wood, tobacco, industrial and other
hot air drying processing fields.

process reduces energy loss, which is 4-5 times that of the

High Temperature Heat Pump System Principle
The high temperature heat pump consists of compressor, condenser,
throttling device and evaporator. The refrigerant absorbs air heat
from the evaporator, transforming from low pressure liquid to
steam, then pressurized into high temperature steam by the
compressor. In the condenser, the refrigerant releases heat and
condenses into high pressure liquid. The throttling device reduces
pressure and temperature, completing the cycle that transfers low
temperature heat to high temperature medium.
