Discharge platform: When fresh mango come, normally with big truck, if discharge with human, it would be very difficult. So we design the discharge platform and use water gun to discharge fresh mango from truck, also use water to delivery fresh mango to processing line. And there is another function of the discharge platform, it can pre-wash fresh mango before processing.

Conveyor: This machine is used to delivery fresh mango from outside the building to inside.

Washing: Before crushing, need to washing fresh mango carefully. For washing we can use bubble washing machine and spray washing machine together. If the washing requirement is high, can add more stages of washing. Also for better cleaning effect, we can add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning. After bubble washing machine, will use brush and spray washing machine to make the fresh mango cleaner.

Sorting: After washing, the surface of mango is clean, we can check the situation of all the mango by eye. And sort out the bad mango by human.
