1, Project overview

1. Packaging process

1.1 the whole stack of goods enters into the winding position conveyor, turns on the winding mode, and twines the packaging around. After the packaging parameters are set, the film is automatically loaded and broken, and is automatically transported to the subsequent conveying line;

1.2 the equipment can load film automatically, break film automatically after packaging, and weld film tail automatically.

3. Frame parts (1 set)

The frame is a gantry type four column square tube steel structure, and the material is Q235 profile.

Photoelectric switch is installed on the membrane rack to automatically detect the height of goods.

5. Automatic film breaking mechanism

After winding, the film welding is cut off automatically and the film head is clamped.

Special film clamp device and film breaking program control, and set up film blowing device to ensure no film tail after winding.

The fusing film is heated and fused automatically after welding to ensure no film tail and the highest efficiency of automatic film breaking.

The unique film breaking mechanism greatly improves the packaging efficiency of the equipment and ensures that it matches the palletizing efficiency of customers.

All pneumatic components are made of Adec.

6. Pneumatic control system of rocker winding machine

Gas source requirements: instrument gas shall be connected by the buyer to the stop valve inlet outside the pneumatic control box.

A control box controls the cylinder drive.

7. Electrical and control system:
