The Superior Efficiency Anti Corrosive Wire Mesh Demister Pad for
Harsh Gas Liquid Separation is purpose built to remove entrained
liquid droplets and aerosol mist while preserving compact vessel
layouts. A graded multilayer mesh matrix promotes impingement and
coalescence then drains condensate back to the process, delivering
stable separation with minimal reentrainment. With metallurgy and
polymer options selected for chemical compatibility, the pad
performs reliably in acidic, alkaline, saline, and solvent rich
atmospheres, onshore or offshore. It suits new installations and
retrofit upgrades where low pressure loss and quick maintenance are
priorities.

periodic visual checks and low pressure washing or solvent
flushing. When heavy fouling occurs, remove modules individually
and clean offline to restore permeability.
