Product Description

Coil dryer can be heated by both rotor and stator, greatly increase the drying area, improve the thermal efficiency, and ensure the full drying of materials.The dryer consists of a horizontal stator and a rotor.The heating tube is mounted on the rotor with the paddle on the side and the Angle can be adjusted.When working, heat the material and push it to the discharge end.Steam distribution device can make the steam evenly distributed on each heating pipe.The steam flows in the heating tube to keep the tube constant temperature.The condensate is then discharged through a special device at the end of the shaft.

Coil dryer has high drying efficiency, long service life and low maintenance frequency.It is widely used in animal protein, plant protein food, harmless treatment and other fields.According to the different physical properties of the materials, the building materials of the drum dryer can be carbon steel, stainless steel 304, 316L, duplex steel, etc.
