Precautions for construction of sound insulation walls on highways:
1) The position of the highway soundproof wall in the project is
inevitably changed during the construction process. Therefore,
before construction, the construction and installation units must
verify and measure the position and elevation of the foundation of
the highway soundproof wall column, and make necessary corrections.
2) When setting out during construction, the designated elevation
of the civil engineering project must be used as the control point.
3) The construction unit of H-shaped steel column embedded parts
shall cooperate with the construction at a spacing of 2500 mm.
4) The columns and installation parts of the highway soundproof
wall should undergo anti-corrosion treatment.
5) After the H-shaped steel column is accurately positioned, the
vertical error shall not be greater than 2mm/m after adjusting its
horizontal and vertical straightness.
6) EVA sponge rubber strips are used to seal the two ends of the
highway soundproof wall screen and the steel columns, and EVA
sponge rubber pads are used to seal the gap between the highway
soundproof wall and the foundation.
7) The use of snap springs must ensure that the soundproof wall
materials on highways are installed firmly and must not cause
secondary noise due to looseness.
