In order to avoid the vehicle in a collision when driving out of

The main components of rotating collision avoidance guardrail

Construction process of rotating anti-collision guardrail
·Column installation
Use the pile driver to drive the column vertically into the road.
If the road base is particularly hard, the column can't go down,
use the drilling machine to punch the hole and then install the
column. After the verticality and elevation check of the column is
completed, the column will be backfilled and pounded with C20
concrete.
·U-frame installation
The two U-frames are fixed with M20×180mm hexagonal bolts on the
Φ20 counterbore of the lower part of the column. It should be noted
that the nuts need not be tightened for the later installation and
commissioning.
·Lower guardrail installation
First, along the U-slot will be M20 × 60mm half-round head waist
neck bolts with square pad buckle into, then, the guardrail first
and last two bolts and U-frame on the U-slot fixed, and then
install the other bolts.
·The installation of the gyratory ring
After the installation of the two lower guardrails, on the column
set on the swing ring.
·Installation of swing barrel
In each column on the set of a swing barrel, and then on the swing
barrel on the swing ring.
·The installation of the upper guardrail
The installation method is the same as the installation method of
the lower guardrail. First, along the U groove will be M20 × 60mm
half round head waist neck bolts with square pad buckle into, and
then, all the bolts on the guardrail will be inserted into the top
hole of the column, with nuts fixed tight.
·Between the guardrail connection
Use the connecting frame to connect the adjacent guardrail, after a
section of guardrail is installed, the connecting frame will be
inserted into one end of the guardrail and fixed, so that the next
section of the guardrail splices.
·Guardrail and the end of the connection
The end will be set into the guardrail, with M20 × 140mm bolts to
fix it.
·The installation of the end cover
After the above installation steps are completed, adjust the
guardrail line, tighten all the nuts, the end cover set on the
column can be fastened.
