Production Description:
1. Construction of Cat7 cable
- Solid, annealed bare copper wire (Dia. 23 AWG) insulated with High density Polyethylene(HDPE).
- Two insulated conductors twisted together to form a pair and four such pairs laid up to form the basic unit.
- The cable is shielded with an overall polyester aluminum foil and is jacketed with PVC or LSZH sheath
Category 7 cable is adequate for data center system & special application.It's capable of 10Gbps above transmission rate up to 600GHz and handling full broadband & baseband video signals. Basically this cable meets the international standard (ISO/IEC 11801, IEC 61156-5 etc.) and sufficient immunity for EMI noise and attenuation performance
