Quality Control:

100% of the lamps will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability , and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours’ lighting.

Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well . Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer.

Features of led lighting module:
1) 100% high-voltage test before aging test;
2) Super-high lighting efficiency as 150-160lm/W for whole lamp (module efficiency up to 180lm/W);
3) Built-in high quality power supply named Meanwell ensures constant current, performance stability and even effective power consumption. Modular design optimizes construction and asembly, easy to maintain.
4) Delivery time: 3-15 workdays depend on order quantity after payment confirm.;
5) LED & OPTICS: LED manufactured by ourselves make sure high quality, low heat radiation, low light depreciation, high efficiency and long life which contributes 50,000 hours lifespan of lumen LED street light. Pure White & warm white is available.
6) CE, RoHS ip68 etc. certificated.

7) We use modules as the light source (30W module), if one of the modules is wrong, there is no need to change the whole lamp, we can change the module or the led only, which will reduce most of the maintenance cost as the time going on.
