2. Demister Material

we usually use: PP, PTFE, SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L, SS201, SS202, SS301S, SS321, Copper, Nickel, Titanium, Duplex 2205, Duplex 2507, NS-80, Monel 400 alloy, Co-knit 904L+fiber glass, Co-knit 316L+ fiber glass, Co-knit 316L+PP flat... Other materials are available as per order.

The table is just for reference. You are welcome to describe you need in any way for your convenience. Design drawings are much helpful if any.

4. Mesh Pad Demister Construction

A.Mist Eliminators shall be fabricated in one piece or in the minimum number of sections required for insertion through the vessel manway.
B.Mesh pads shall fit tightly into the pad containment system.
C.Mesh pad layers shall not be more than 9 inches (230 mm) thick. Where more than one layer is required, joints shall be staggered.
One-piece circular mesh pads may be spiral in form.
