value, the combustion control system power will be cut off along
with alarm.
Steam Safety Valve automatically opens to reduce pressure should
excessive steam cause pressure build-up.
Steam Pressure Gauge allows visual observation of steam pressure
over full range.

with manual reset.
Main features of mini boiler steam
The water tube type, burner on top design minimizes carryover and
produces dry 99+% saturated steam in 5 minutes or less from a cold
start. Faster start-up means less fuel used, greater savings, and
more
responsible use of precious natural resources.
FULL STEAM OUTPUT WITHIN 5 MINUTES:
Floating headers mean fast start-up. QD LSS series
boilers produce fast steam in 5 minutes or less from a cold
start-up. Fire tube boilers require from 1 to 1.5 hour start-up
times. QD's unique design yields significant time & fuel
savings.
COMPACT DESIGN SAVES SPACE AND COSTS:
Water tube boilers occupy 33% less floor space than fire tube
boilers, and do not require tube pull space. Compact design
means much smaller radiation losses and larger fuel savings.
