Low Level Palletizer Introduction:

The low level palletizer stacks contained materials (in cartons, wove bags, barrels, etc.) on the (wooden/plastic) pallet according to a certain arrangement automatically. After stacking several layers, the full pallet will be conveyed out for further packing or to the warehouse by a forklift.

• Servo control, XYZ triaxial coordinate palletizer;
• Automatically change product direction and unloading position on the pallet according to pre-programmed procedure, precise positioning, wide application;
• Diversified palletizing pattern;
• Gripper type&quantity customizable, one or more products can be gripped at one time;
• Normally applied with pallet dispenser, optional with turntable wrapping machine.

The palletizer is controlled by PLC touch screen, which can realize intelligent operation management and greatly reduce the number of employees and the intensity of labor. It adopts the design concept of high speed, smooth running and space saving. Using the split-off plate, it runs more rapidly and saves more space.
