moisture. Hot air touches hot pellets and cool air touches cool
pellets so as to avoid the pellet surface crack caused by sudden
cooling produced by direct touching between cool air and hot
pellets. At the Same time, The airlock is used for feeding and
space of air inlet bigger,therefore it can get better cooling
effects.

Pellet cooler is mainly used for cooling of pellet in the pelleting section. It cools the pellet coming from pellet mill and with a temperature of 70°C-90°Cto a temperature 3°C~5°C slightly higher than ambient temperature, and is capable of lowering to a safety moisture content. The cooled pellets not only improve the pellet firmness but also can prevent from going mouldy, that it is good for the transportation and storage of pellet feed.
