Description
The impeller of the maglev blower is directly installed on the
extension end of shaft, and the magnetic bearing technology is to
use the electromagnetic force to suspend the rotor. At the same
time, the magnetic bearing controller collects and corrects the
rotor axis position signal in real time, which makes the rotor
suspend and always stay in the specified position. The vibration of
the rotor is greatly reduced due to the support of electromagnetic
suspension bearing. The magnetic suspension centrifugal blower does
not need gear speed increaser and coupling, it is directly driven
by high-speed motor and controlled by the frequency converter. It
has no friction and lubrication. It is more energy-saving than the
traditional blower.
Features and advantages
- Energy saving and high efficiency: because the magnetic bearing is
adopted, it has no contact, no friction, no lubrication, and is not
easy to cause contact and mechanical loss, and does not need speed
adjustment. At the same time, the speed of the blower can be
adjusted according to the working conditions, which can save more
electric energy for users. The most important thing is that it can
realize the change of pressure and flow by adjusting the speed
according to the change of external factors. Compared with the
traditional blower, it can save 30% energy, and the effect of
energy saving and emission reduction is significant.
- Low noise: the magnetic suspension blower adopts the magnetic
suspension bearing technology, which has no mechanical friction at
all. There is no noise generated by the mechanical friction of the
traditional blower. All the noise comes from the air flow, and the
noise is no more than 85dB
- Convenient installation: the overall structure of the maglev blower
belongs to the box structure, which adopts the self balance
technology and active vibration reduction design to minimize the
vibration of the body. Therefore, the installation of the equipment
does not need to be based on the general horizontal ground. At the
same time, the four foundation of the equipment itself can be
adjusted horizontally, further relaxing the installation
conditions. After landing, the equipment can be started and used
after connection management, which is very convenient.
- Integrated Structure: the imported filter, cooling system,
full-automatic anti surge system, power failure and fault
protection system of the fan have achieved a unified integrated
design, and users do not need to purchase other components
separately. At the same time, the Chinese touch screen of the fan
is displayed in real time. Operators can adjust their own operation
procedures according to the observation screen, so as to reduce the
occurrence of safety accidents caused by improper operation, which
is simple and convenient.
- High cooling efficiency: the cooling system of the fan adopts the
combination of air cooling and self circulating water cooling, so
as to achieve the best cooling efficiency, avoid the damage caused
by motor heating, extend the service life of the motor, and improve
the stability of the equipment.
- Remote control: the fan adopts PLC + GPRS control technology. It
not only realizes the overall central control of the fan operation,
but also realizes the remote control of the whole process of the
fan operation. Once the fan fails, it can immediately find out and
make corresponding measures for remote maintenance and debugging.
