Our company was established in 1969 as a military enterprise at the beginning. 1). Reasonable Structure and excellent performance.Special Design for Headstock that use Gear Rim to ensure a large Torque of lathe machine .
2.). High Rigidity, Stability and Precision of horizontal lathe machine. All castings parts are do quenching heat treatment to ensure the high accuracy of lathe machine. All guide rails are ground by 18 meters large grinding machine.
3.) Heavy duty guide rails with 2000 mm width.
4 guide rails of machine bed base + lateral chip removal design + water circulation
The machine bed is a kind of 4 guide rails structure ( the middle 2 guide rails are combined for heavier weight) to meet with heavy cutting request. The machine base adopts lateral chip removal structure with 45° angle of inclination, which is very convenient to collect the iron chips. The 4 sides of machine base are one-piece castings with recycling tank for recycling the cooling water and grease oil.
4.) Engineers are available for free over-sea installation,commissioning and Training the operators of lathe machine, roll turning lathe, heavy duty lathe at customer's factory.

6.)Backlash gearbox with double set of teeth
Regarding the lathe machine with longer center distance, my company independently designed transmission structure of backlash gearbox with double set of teeth . By two sets worm and worm wheel mechanism, that a worm( which is a gear in the form of a screw) meshes with a worm gear ( which is a smaller in appearance to a spur gear) to realize the movement of whole tool carriage. The two elements are also called the worm screw and worm wheel. This structure effectively replaces the transmission mechanism of traditional lead screw that avoid the droop phenonmenon if he screw is too long. This structure is not affected by the work-piece length and meet with the request of long-shaft turning lathe machine.

Application: This series horizontal lathe , lathe machine, roll turning lathe can utilize high-speed steel and carbide cutting tools to finish rough or finish turning process for not only the non-ferrous metals like various structure steels, casting steels and irons, but also the external/internal cylindrical / conical/ spherical surfaces, thread of non-metal materials and all kinds of the surface of curve rotary body. What's more, it can also realize the constant speed cutting line. It has both turning and Grinding functions that can finish machining the part one time, which saves clamping times and improve the working efficiency for customers.
