2. Product Description:
This product, "60000VA Three Phase AVR Voltage Stabilizer for
Printing Machine 47Hz to 63Hz" belongs to TNS Series. It's a three
phase AVR AC voltage stabilizer. It is composed of regulator, servo
motor, automatic control circuit, carbon brush, voltmeters, ampere
meters, and enclosure etc. When the voltage of the power supply is
not stable or the load varies, the automatic sampling control
circuit gives out a signal to drive the servo motor to adjust the
position of the carbon brush of the regulator so as to make the
output voltage stable. This could ensure the normal function of the
electrical equipment. It has various protection functions:
over-voltage, short circuit, over-current, over-load,
under-voltage, time delay etc.
3. Product Testing
Before the product leaves the factory and is shipped to the destination, every AVR voltage stabilizer must pass a series of rigorous tests performed with various relevant equipment.
① Checking appearance: this step is done through visual check.
② Input voltage regulation range, output voltage and output
accuracy: this is done by regulating the input voltage while
moderating the output voltage.
