When you receive the product, firstly, disassemble the wooden case. Then check if the enclosure of the product is intact or not. After you finish these steps, you could fix the transformer in a well-ventilated place. Exam the circuit and the voltage of power grid to see if there is deviation from the rated input voltage. Normally, deviation of ±5% is accepted. If the real situation is beyond this extent, please consider adding a voltage regulator in front to ensure the normal work of the product and the load equipment.

Then, you could connect wires according to the indication of the product lable or the indication writing on the wiring board. Before you power on, check the wires again to ensure correct wiring. If it's correct, then power on and the transformer would work normally.
