The product is the metal structure in the piping system.In most
cases, carbon steel is used as raw material, such as Q235B.
All carbon steels adopt hot dip zinc treatment in order to meet the
anti-corrosion requirements of piping systerm in the external and
on-site environment. And the Hot dip zinc standard refers to the
standard of ASTM A123/A123M-01.
The supporting fasteners, such as bolts and nuts, are made of
stainless steel and equipped with spring cushion.
Our products are produced by strict ANSYS stress calculation and
thermal analysis.According to the analysis of the working
condition, we analyze and work out lthe pre - tightening force of
the bolt and the disc spring assembly, which can meet the
requirements of the supporting force of the cooling pipe under the
condition of deep cooling.
