progress and dewatering effect across all sections, and
dynamically adjust parameters via the Sludge Dehydrator control
interface to optimize performance.
2,Screw Press Ring for Reference
The screw press machine incorporates special reference rings
positioned in each zone of the sludge dewatering system to enable
comparative analysis of ring conditions. Operators can monitor
wear patterns and evaluate performance deviations by observing
these rings. This proactive approach ensures timely overhauling
interventions are scheduled once the system surpasses its
theoretical lifespan, optimizing the reliability of the sludge
dewatering equipment.
3,Pre-Sludge thickening Structure in Flocculation Tank
The pre-sludge thickening structure, as an optional module
integrated into the flocculation tank, enhances sludge treatment
capacity by enabling in-tank sludge concentration. This
configuration allows the screw press machine to achieve a
>50% capacity improvement when processing low-concentration
sludge (≤1% solids content), optimizing the efficiency of the
sludge dewatering system.
