The organic matter is further degraded into CH4 and CO2 by the action of medium-temperature anaerobic microorganisms, so as to purify the water quality. The upper part of UASB is equipped with a three-phase separator. Waste water, methane and sludge flow up to the three-phase separator to complete solid, liquid and gas separation, and discharge the biogas to the gas tank and the biogas utilization system; The sludge returns to the lower sludge bed, and the effluent enters into the SBR treatment unit. After anaerobic and aerobic treatment, the wastewater can reach the specified discharge standards.
