The mechanical part shown here is a combination of SKD51 and tungsten steel welded together. The dimensional accuracy is required to be ±0.005mm. We use a precision surface grinder for processing.The inner screw tooth of the three teeth shown in the picture is processed before the part is heat-treated. In the process, attention should be paid to the bevel precision size of the part.

We have Four WAIDA optical projection grinders imported from Japan , capable of grinding high precision Irregular shape and hard workpiece. The grinding accuracy can reach :±0.001mm.The Dozens of surface griders are capable of grinding ordinary flat surface parts. The grinding accuracy can reach :±0.005mm.
