Working Principle & Process Flow
A complete soil matrix production line typically includes the following core processes:
1. Raw Material Pretreatment
Crushing and Screening: Large raw materials (such as peat and coconut bricks) are first crushed in a crusher and conveyed via a belt conveyor to the next process for weighing and proportioning.
2. Automatic Loading and Proportioning
The pre-treated main material (coconut fiber) and auxiliary materials (perlite, vermiculite, organic fertilizer, slow-release fertilizer, etc.) are fed into various weighing silos for volumetric weighing and proportioning. This weighing method is particularly suitable for lightweight materials that are difficult to weigh, as volumetric weighing is more accurate.
3. Efficient Mixing
The evenly proportioned raw materials are fed via a conveyor (usually a belt conveyor) into a ribbon mixer for high-speed and efficient mixing.
4. Finished Product Packaging and Palletizing
The finalized soil matrix is ​​transported via a conveyor to an automatic packaging machine.
The packaging machine automatically completes the metering, filling, and sealing (bag making or sewing) processes. The packaged bagged products can be automatically stacked into regular stacks by robotic palletizers, which is convenient for subsequent warehousing and transportation.
