In modern agriculture, slow-release fertilizers are revolutionizing crop management by enhancing nutrient use efficiency, reducing environmental impact, and lowering application costs. The key to producing high-quality slow-release urea granules lies in the precision coating process. Our state-of-the-art Stainless Steel Coating Machine is engineered specifically for this critical task. It delivers unmatched durability, exceptional coating uniformity, and reliable performance, making it the ideal solution for fertilizer producers aiming to manufacture premium, value-added products.
Key Features & Benefits
1. Premium Stainless Steel Construction for Longevity & Purity
2. Superior Coating Uniformity for Consistent Product Quality
3. Intelligent PLC Control for Precision & Reproducibility
4. Energy Efficient & User-Friendly Design
Working Principle
The urea granules are continuously or batch-fed into the rotating
drum. As the drum turns, the internal lifters gently pick up and
cascade the granules, creating a homogeneous "particle bed." The
precision spray guns atomize the coating solution (e.g., polymer
resin, sulfur) and evenly distribute it over the tumbling granules.
Simultaneously, heated air is passed through the drum, rapidly
drying the coating solution upon contact with each granule. This
process forms a solid, continuous film around the core urea
particle. The finished, coated granules are then discharged for
further cooling or packaging.

Primary Applications
This versatile coating machine is ideal for a wide range of coating
applications on granules and pellets, including:
Slow-Release & Controlled-Release Urea Fertilizers: Coating with polymer-based membranes to delay nutrient release.
Sulfur-Coated Urea (SCU): Applying a uniform layer of molten sulfur onto urea granules.
Urea with Micronutrients: Coating granules with essential trace elements like Zinc, Boron, etc.
Anti-Caking Agent Coating: Applying anti-caking powders or liquids to improve storage and flowability.
Other Applications: Seed coating, pesticide granule coating, and coating for various chemical and food products.
