Working Principle: Each material is weighed individually and
sequentially. All materials are accurately metered in their
respective hoppers while stationary, and then sequentially placed
into a mixer for mixing.
Advantages:
Extremely High Accuracy: Because the materials are individually
weighed at rest, interference from belts, air currents, and other
factors is eliminated, resulting in the highest metering accuracy
of all methods.
Suitable for a wide range of materials: Particularly suitable for
powdery, light-weight, dust-prone, or poorly fluid materials.
Ideal Choice: High-end compound fertilizer, water-soluble
fertilizer, and organic fertilizer production lines requiring
extremely stringent formulation accuracy.
2. Dynamic Batcher (Continuous Type)
Working Principle: Multiple materials are simultaneously and
continuously conveyed to a collection conveyor or mixer via
separate feeding devices (such as screw feeders or belt scales).
Real-time weighing and proportion control are performed during the
conveying process. Advantages:
High Efficiency and High Capacity: Continuous feeding and
discharging make it ideal for large-scale continuous production.
Space-Saving: Compact structure eliminates the need for multiple
bulky metering hoppers.
