Product Description:
Maximize your ammonium phosphate fertilizer production with our robust and efficient Ammonium Phosphate Pelletizer. This Inorganic Compound Fertilizer Granulation Equipment is specifically designed for the cost-effective and reliable production of Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP) and Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) fertilizers. Our pelletizers transform raw materials into uniform, high-quality granules, optimizing nutrient delivery and improving handling, storage, and application. Choose our equipment for a streamlined and profitable fertilizer manufacturing operation.
Features:
Optimized for Ammonium Phosphate: Specifically designed for the
granulation of ammonium phosphate-based fertilizers, ensuring
optimal performance and granule quality.
Versatile Granulation Options: Offers different granulation methods
to suit your specific needs, including rotary drum granulation and
disc granulation.
Efficient Granulation Process: Achieves a high granulation rate,
producing uniform and spherical granules for consistent nutrient
distribution.
Durable Construction: Built with high-quality, corrosion-resistant
materials, such as rubber lining or acid-resistant stainless steel,
for long-lasting performance and minimal maintenance.
Adjustable Parameters: Allows for adjustments to drum speed,
inclination, and material feed rate to optimize granulation for
different fertilizer formulations.
Optional Integration: Can be integrated with other equipment, such
as mixers, dryers, coolers, and screeners, to create a complete
fertilizer production line.
Applications:
MAP (Monoammonium Phosphate) Production: Manufacturing of granular
MAP fertilizer, a highly concentrated source of phosphorus and
nitrogen.
DAP (Diammonium Phosphate) Production: Production of granular DAP
fertilizer, a widely used fertilizer providing both nitrogen and
phosphorus.
NPK Compound Fertilizer Production: Can be integrated into NPK
fertilizer production lines to incorporate ammonium phosphate as a
key nutrient source.
Working Process (using twin-roll extrusion granulation as an example):
Raw Material Preparation: Prepare ammonium phosphate (MAP or DAP)
and any required additives (e.g., micronutrients). This may involve
using a crusher to reduce larger materials to the appropriate
particle size, followed by thorough mixing in a mixer to ensure a
uniform blend. The target particle size for the granulator is
typically less than 2 mm.
Material Feeding: The prepared powder mixture is fed into the
twin-roll extrusion granulator. A controlled feed system ensures a
continuous flow of material between the rollers.
Extrusion Granulation: The powder is compacted between two
counter-rotating rollers with specially designed grooves. This
high-pressure compaction forms dense flakes or agglomerates. A
crushing device within the machine then separates the granules into
uniform granules.
Spheronization (Optional): For more perfectly rounded granules, a
granulation machine can be used to produce round, shiny granules.
Sieving: The granules are screened to separate by size and ensure a
uniform product. Oversized and undersized particles are typically
returned to the crushing and blending process for further
processing.
Coating (Optional): Pellets may be coated with anti-caking agents
or other coatings to improve handling characteristics, control
nutrient release, or enhance appearance.
