The drum and stirring tooth two-in-one Fertilizer Granulator Production Line is a complete set of fertilizer granule production equipment, realizing automated production work from batching to packaging.
The granulation equipment in this production line combines the advantages of drum granulation and stirring tooth granulation into a single integrated granulation process. Compared with traditional granulation methods, it improves efficiency, improves granule quality, expands material adaptability, and reduces operating costs. It is suitable for the production of various fertilizers, including organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers and bio-organic fertilizers, and is a multi-functional solution for modern fertilizer production.

Environmental protection field: solidification and granulation of sludge in sewage treatment plants.

Fertilizer fertilizer production line

Pretreatment: raw material crushing → ingredient mixing → moisture adjustment to 20%-30%.
Granulation stage: material enters the inner wall of the drum and rolls and adheres → stirring and mixing with stirring teeth at high speed → granulation is performed through rotating stirring and kneading motion (particle size 2-8mm adjustable).
Post-treatment: particle screening → coating (optional) → automatic packaging.
