Application:
--> Distribution and signal power cable for static outdoor application (with protection against direct UV- irradiation);
--> In ground, in water, within facilities, in cable canals, in concrete,etc;
--> Used in electric power plants, transformer stations, industrial plants, metropolitan networks and in other electric plants, same as for connection of signalling devices in industry, traffic and similar.
PVC insulated power armoured electrical cable is suitable for electricity transmission and distribution line whose rated voltage is 0.6/1kV. The flame retardant type is used in place where high density and good fire-proof property are required, such as subway, power station, high-rise building, entertainment place, large industriall and mining enterprises etc
Property
1. The highest allowed operating temperature of conductor for long-term working is 90 degrees.
2. In short circuit (Max long term is no more than 5 seconds),the highest temperature for conductor is no more than 250 degrees.
3. the environmental temperature of operating in air should be no more than 40 degrees, and 25 degrees underground.
4. Excellent electrical performance, resistance to chemical corrosion.
Conductor
Plain, annealed electrolytic copper or Aluminum conductors, solid, circular stranded, or sectorial stranded, conforming to the applicable requirements of IEC 60228.
Insulation
PVC based thermoplastic or XLPE thermosetting material, conforming to the
applicable requirements of IEC 60502-1.
Assembly
Insulated conductors are laid up, filled where necessary with non-hygroscopic material and covered with an extruded thickness of thermoplastic mate
