NE plate link chain bucket elevator for sand, cement, coal and so on
1. Introduction of NE Bucket Elevator
1) Bucket elevator has characteristics of large transport capacity,
high elevation, stable operation and long working life.
2) The machine is applicable for conveying the powder, grain and
small block materials, such as coal, cement, block, sand, clay and
ore.
3) The bucket elevator is allowed to convey materials with high
temperature(250°c) when armed with special chain structure, and the
elevating height can reach 40m.

3. Working Principles
Material is fed into an inlet hopper. Buckets dig into the material, and convey it up to and over the head sprocket/pulley, then throwing the material out the discharge throat. The emptied buckets then continue back down to the boot to continue the cycle.
4. Features of NE Bucket Elevator

feeding & guiding discharge.

lifting material forms and properties. Materials like power, grain
or big lump could be all applicable .Also its good sealing
