The three-cylinder dryer can be used for the drying of dry mixed

Working Principles:
The material enters the inner layer of the rotary drum from the
feeding device to achieve downstream drying. The material is
continuously copied and scattered under the inner layer of the
copying plate to realize heat exchange, and the material moves to
the other end of the inner layer and enters the middle layer. The
countercurrent drying is carried out, and the material is
continuously advanced in the middle layer, and the feeding mode is
carried out in two steps. The material in the middle layer fully
absorbs the heat emitted by the inner layer roller and absorbs the
heat of the middle roller, and at the same time prolongs the
drying. Time, where the material reaches the -dry state. The
material goes to the other end of the middle layer and falls into
the outer layer. The material travels in a rectangular multi-loop
manner in the outer drum. The material that achieves the drying
effect quickly travels out of the drum under the action of hot air.
The wet material that does not reach the drying effect cannot be
fast due to its own weight. As the material travels, the material
is sufficiently dried in the rectangular copy board, thereby
completing the drying purpose.
