This pump is a vertical single-cylinder manual reciprocating pump. It consists of water tank, cylinder body, plunger, water inlet valve group, pressure gauge, handle drain valve and work takeover. When working, shake the handle to move the plunger up and down. When the plunger rises, the water inlet valve opens and the working medium is drawn into the cylinder. When the plunger is depressed, the water inlet valve opens and the working medium is drawn into the cylinder. When pressed, the water inlet valve is closed and the water outlet valve is opened, the medium is pressurized and discharged from the side. When the pressure rises to the required working pressure, even if the pump is stopped for pressure holding, the indicated value of the pressure gauge is the working pressure. After the pressure holding is completed, the drain valve is opened, and the working medium is returned to the water tank to release the pressure.

Before use, please install the pressure gauge (the seal between the gauge and the pipe joint is an O-ring 10 × 19GB123586 handle and the work connection (high-pressure connection and quick joint assembly), and the water tank is full of medium, and then start to work.

During use, please add a few drops of oil to the plunger and pin regularly to lubricate. If leakage is found, it should be repaired first. Such as tightening threaded connections, adjust the pressure screw sleeve of the plunger seal appropriately. If it is found that the pressure holding performance is poor or the boosting speed is too slow, it should mainly check whether the drain valve is tightly closed, and then check whether the water inlet valve is leaking. If necessary, it should be removed for cleaning, grinding repair or replacement.

When the pump is not used for a long time, drain water from the inner cavity and drain off the anti-rust oil or engine oil for anti-corrosion treatment.
