Introduction of lime production line:
Lime production line refers to the whole process equipment line for
active lime production. Among all active lime production processes,
the rotary kiln production process is the most advanced one. Our
production process uses a rotary kiln with a vertical preheater and
a vertical cooler to calcine limestone to meet the production
requirements of high efficiency, energy saving, environmental
protection and high activity.
Process flow of lime production line:
Step 1: prepare raw materials with a particle size between 10-40mm
<Available fuel: Furnace gas, coal gas, coal bed methane and
pulverized coal can be used as fuel. >
Step 2: the raw materials are unloaded from the hopper to the vibrating
feeder, and the raw materials <20mm are screened out by the
vibrating screen and sent to the preheater.
Step 3: Calcining the lime. The limestone in the preheater is preheated by hot air, and then discharged into the rotary kiln through the chute connecting the preheater and the kiln, and stays in the kiln for 1.5-2 hours for calcination. During this process, calcined at a temperature of about 1300°C, the limestone decomposes and releases CO2 to complete the formation of quicklime.
Step 4: Finished Product Delivery
The lime is discharged from the vibrating feeder at the bottom of
the vertical cooler to the chain conveyor, and is lifted into lime
in the storage hopper, which can be used for dispatching or
transported to the hydration workshop.
Step 5: Dust Filtration System.here are two types of dust filtration systems. One is at the mouth of the kiln. After the dust is filtered by the bag filter, the clean gas is discharged into the air. The other is the dust from the lime storage hopper and the feeding part of the bucket elevator. The dust is filtered by the cloth bag and then discharged into the air.

pressure and airflow, which is more safe.

resources.
5. The heat consumption per unit product is low. It is installed in
the superheater of the shaft kiln, and the exhaust gas temperature
limestone is used to greatly reduce the fuel consumption.
6. Make full use of industrial waste gas as fuel for burning lime
(such as blast furnace tail gas, acetylene tail gas, carbon blue
tail gas, etc.)
7. The kiln head adopts a vertical cooler integrated kiln head
cover design. Small construction area, good sealing, effectively
avoid unsystematic discharge of hot exhaust gas
