2. Grinding time. Too short grinding time will result in insufficient grinding of materials. In addition, frequent starting of the mill will shorten the service life of the equipment. If the grinding time is too long, the temperature in the cylinder will increase, which will affect the grinding efficiency.
3. The ball mill is "full grinding". After the ball mill has been running for a period of time, due to the excessive feed of the ball mill or the increase in the particle size of the material, or the excessive moisture of the material entering the mill, the grate gap of the grate plate is blocked; the material in the mill cannot be discharged out of the mill in time, the phenomenon of "full grinding" appears, which affects the output of the ball mill. In this case, it is necessary to adjust the materials, clean the grate seams, and increase the ventilation in the mill.
